The business of the building is conducted by the 900/910 North Lake Shore Drive Condominium Association. The Association and its Board have taken particular care to preserve the buildings’ architectural integrity. As a result of sound financial management a special assessment has never been imposed on 900/910 condominium owners since the building was converted from apartments in 1979. As of December 2006, the Association had over $2.5 million in cash reserves.

The Association is managed under contract by Community Specialists, Inc.
